Three stars is generous. I have been a patron of the Pizza Hut in Oxford for MANY years. The people are very nice and generally attentive to customer needs. Over the past several visits I have had issues with my order. I usually order online so I know what time the order is supposed to be ready. But each time the past 3 or 4 visits I have arrived 10-15 min after the ready time and the order was either not ready or missing something. No apologies or concessions were made. This last time I waited maybe 30 min beyond the ready time. Same thing. I may have made my last visit to Pizza Hut for a while.

I ordered online. I received order confirmation (wish I could post the screenshot but I can't figure out how to) said it would take 20-30 minutes to be delivered. I waited well over a hour and then tried to call. When the phone was picked up (not answered) I heard everything from how much a girl should claim, to gossip about someone who works at Chevron. I listened and tried to get someone to actually answer the phone for probably 5 minutes before someone hung up on me. I called back and I finally got to talk to someone, which then she told me that something was with the online orders and they hadn't received my order. Which I do not believe, sounded more like an excuse.  So after all that I went with Papa John's pizza instead.

We sat ourselves. The waitress ignored us, visiting with some people that were standing up. When they finally sat down, she took their drink order and told us she would be back. She never came back. In fact, I saw her walking out the door with a duffle bag. It looked like their was another guy taking orders. He never even looked our way . We had had enough. It had been 25 minutes with not even a drink order. I would rate it less than 1. Ridiculous!

This pizza hut in oxford Mississippi is unlike others I've tried in Louisiana and texas. I gotta give it to management or owners or whoever decided to put this much care in making a pizza hut pizza. Incredible.
