The staff is very polite. We had a complex wiring issue with our Winnebago. Our issue was swiftly and professionally resolved. Sue and Tony are amazing. I suggest using Hometown RV even if you have to drive out of your way to get there.

Wow, what a great experience. Tony has to be one of the most honest sales/service people I have dealt with. I've purchased A 30 year old RV and wanted to make sure all systems and major elements were in place and working before I began restoring it. Tony got to the vehicle when he said he would, he evaluated it in a fair way and he gave me the recommendations in a no pressure manner. I decided to go ahead with all repairs that were needed and again everything looked great and we were even shown the work that was done. All of this, after hours late on a Tuesday. I am a new RV owner but I am not new to customer service, and this place hit a home win with me. I will be returning to have the roof and outer walls replaced next season for sure! Cheers to you guys,

If you want to experience what it feels like to be treated as a human being this is the place to go to. Tony worked with me from the start. This was an insurance claim from the renters insurance. I privately rented out my RV and the renter damaged it. Tony was very helpful the entire time. He will return your phone call. He will give you advice regardless which direction you will go. Best of all you are treated as one should be treated. If I did not have to sell my RV I would be doing all my service here. They did a great job! Thank you Tony and everyone at Hometown RV! 5+++ stars!!
