Very poor service from manager after being told on that my laundry would be ready on two different days, each time I arrived, not ready with an excuse.  When I stated I was not going to wait again, did not even offer red to assist me in putting my rather large order in my car and just handed me the items with no bagging etc.

I'd give zero stars if possible. I've used Homewood Drive in Cleaners on occasion, never really thrilled with the service, but this weekend was the final straw. My boyfriend and I had a black tie event to attend. We were pressed for time and he needed his shirt steamed. We popped in to Homewood Drive in Cleaners around 2:00 PM on Saturday to see if we could get the shirt pressed. The girl working behind the counter was too busy flirting with her boyfriend and playing with her cell phone to acknowledge customers. When we finally got her attention she acted disgusted that she had to do her job. She asked when we'd like to pick up the shirt, we asked if we could wait and just get the shirt pressed real quick. She said "Same day service needs to be in at 10:30 AM." I said "We don't need the shirt dry cleaned, just pressed." She said "Rules are rules," and refused to press the shirt. 

I will never, ever take my dry cleaning to Homewood Drive in Cleaners ever again and I will be sure to let my friends in the area know about my experience.
