I've been bringing my cleaners to Pride for 16yrs without any major incidents and their customer service was outstanding UNTIL THEY RECENTLY SOLD IT. WORSE customer service since this establishment was recently sold! Yes, they ruined an expensive top that I've only worn once!! They claim they are not responsible since they don't use bleach; yet they use some type of solution to clean white clothes with.. I've been following up with them every wk (even went in the shop) and left my number multiple times. The status: "cleaner is in the process and to call back and speak with the manager!" What does this mean, I finally ask. I wanted to speak to the manager (every time I called) and finally someone said, we don't have a manager you need to speak to the owner. Yet, 4.5 wks thereafter and no return calls. The run around, no communication not a word!!! At this point, it's no longer the top; it's the PRINCIPLE! The communication, the Unprofessionalism, the rudeness of this older lady there. DO NOT BRING YOUR CLEANERS HERE even if you do receive that 5.00 coupon, not worth the aggravatio

The employees are very unprofessional since the new ownership has taken over! I have a pair of cargo pants that the pressing person literally burned the buttons into the fabric!! When I returned the item it took 3 weeks to repair the damaged buttons and then only half the buttons were replaced!! Now I have to return to this shabby establishment.

Avoid this place at all cost! Horrible customer service. The owner Dan is a jackass. He yelled at his teenage female employee and called her a sucker!

Do not use Pride Cleaners in Homewood! Attracted by the one-price ($2.59, then $2.79) dry cleaning option, I decided to give Pride my dry cleaning business in the Fall of 2013. I used them exclusively until March of 2014 when they ruined two dress shirts. I noticed the left sleeves of two dress shirts were ripped in the same place (below left elbow area) after pickup from their Cherry Creek location. I returned the shirts on Monday and was told a manager would contact me. Two days later no call was received, so I followed up. Thursday morning, owner (Greg E.) contacted me, telling me in no uncertain terms that they did not damage my shirts. He claimed it was done by another dry cleaner, because Pride's machines could not have caused the damage, and the shirts were buttoned differently than their standard. Further, he theorized that driving and/or wear from desk/office work caused the damage. I rejected both suggestions; I used Pride exclusively for ~6 months and the driving/office wear suggestion was simply foolish. He continued with his diatribe, telling me that he operates an honest business and has accepted responsibility for damaged items in an effort to maintain customer loyalty. However, he offered only $20 in coupons for the two shirts. That was unacceptable. I realize accidents happen, and want only a fair and responsible response. Greg's words and tone where both unacceptable. I will no longer use Pride Cleaners and advise others to avoid them and the "service" they deliver.
