Suites are fairly well kept despite being a little older. Complimentary breakfast was good and staff was very polite. Good location related to local attractions.

The stay was superb. The complimentary breakfast and evening drink and snacks were good. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Incompetent front desk. I confirmed at checkout that they were charging my stay to the free reward certificate that I gave when I booked them. The reply that I got was 'yep, you're all set'. I get my emailed receipt after I left to find that it went onto my credit card instead that was needed "just to hold the room".

The staff were pleasant and professional. Our room was clean. We enjoyed the evening meal with wine or beer and breakfast that were provided with our room.

Great location, and staff is very nice. That being said, we had a queen suite which was nice, but looked kinda rundown. The bed was comfortable bit the pillows were much to flat for me, and the comforter felt like sandpaper. The bathroom was spacious as far as hotel bathrooms go, and it looked fairly clean. But my main complaint is the noise. There seems to be no sound proofing at all in this building. I could tell you everytime the guest above or next to us went to the bathroom or even just walked around the room. And you can hear the constant hum of the highway. So would I stay here again? Maybe, but only if I could haggle to a lower price.
