I won’t be back to Honda Cars of Aiken. Ever. Although the sales representative was nice and seemingly quite knowledgeable about the vehicles, I went to the store based on the internet price they had on a specific car listed with True Car. When I arrived at the dealership I told them who I was and was showed another vehicle instead. After we test drove the vehicle they gave us a price significantly more expensive than the internet price and we were told that they “guess” the vehicle I was interested in had already sold. (Which obviously would have been nice to know before arriving) Then the finance manager became involved and was extremely rude. She talked to us like we knew nothing about financing or interests rates. She attempted to convince us to make poor decisions about interest rates and financing instead of going with a low interest rate that our bank had already approved. From other dealerships in the area we received exceptional service and fair pricing so I definitely won’t be back through their doors. Most of all no one else talked down to us anywhere else we went. And we went almost everywhere!

Test drove CRV.  Not impressed. Salesman not knowledgeable but personable. Manager came out to introduce himself. No energy upon entering building .

Clint Byrd was the best! Clint listened to my needs and wants in a car, and found the perfect car for me first try. He was also very patient with my impatient 6yo. Very knowledgeable and great at explaining things! Go see the best car salesman in aiken!

We got a good deal on a used  Honda Accord Touring V6 sedan.  Clint Byrd was the best salesman we have dealt with in a long time.  He did not bug us with phone calls every other day like some have in the past.  He was very knowledgeable about the various features of the Accords we drove.  He was patient with us as we looked at both used and new Accords.
