The absolute best car buying experience we have ever had! Terrence Brown was our sales associate and he was phenomenal! l!He  was patient' knowledgeable and so personable .  Not once did we feel pressured.  Financing was a breeze and every step of the way  was explained by both Terrence and Brian; the finance person.  This was a quick and easy experience.  Everyone from sales,  finance, to the person handling the paperwork were so friendly and caring.  Honda Cars of Rock Hill is where we will always go to buy any future cars,  Terrence you are the best!

Terence is everything I want in a salesman. Knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and most of all NOT pushy. Not only did he get us more for our trade-in than the other dealers we'd seen, he got us slightly more than I even asked for. His attention to detail not only before and during the sale, but also AFTER the sale (weeks later) is something I've never experienced before. Go see Terence, he'll take great care of you!

Purchased 4 cars from them. Haskell is highly recommended. Service department is fast and efficient. Always willing to work and negotiate a good price. Great variety of new and used cars.

Bought a car from Honda Cars of Rock Hill in the last few weeks and had it shipped to the Atlanta area. The car was damaged in transit and the rear bumper had to be repaired/painted as well as a wheel that was marred and needed to be replaced. Pete the sales manager stepped in and made the repair process as easy as it could be and was ALL OVER THINGS until the car was perfect again. Outstanding customer service experience!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! We just picked up our stealth black 2018 Honda Civic hatchback from Honda Cars of Rock Hill. We had leather added from their aftermarket provider and they did amazing work. It totally transformed the interior of the car. Bruce Rudd and Sam "Tiny" Carr worked as a team to provide us with exceptional service. They kept in constant contact with us and were very transparent during the negotiating process. We would Rec. HC of RH to everyone!
