I bought Honda Odyssey from this location. I worked with Ade and he is awesome. He helped me though of the process and explain me every thing I asked. They have very large range of selection as well.

Overall service was great from the sales agent to the manager and director.  However, a day after purchasing the vehicle I started to smell cigarettes in the car and have been trying to get rid of it since. We didn’t notice the smell at the time as we were more preoccupied looking at other aspects of the car and negotiating a price. I’m sure they knew the previous owner was a smoker, I mean how could they not and not disclose this? It is business in the end after all.

My husband and I recently helped our daughter buy a 2017 Honda Civic from Honda of Oakland. She is a college student at a nearby university in San Rafael, however, we live in New York State. We had never bought a car out of state before, so we weren't sure of the process. Nicole assisted us from the beginning of the buying process until the end, and she couldn't have been more helpful! She found the car in the color we preferred with the options we wanted and offered it to us at a fair price. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions. She also went above and beyond when she offered to pick up our daughter at SFO to bring her to the dealership to pick up the car! Our daughter said that everyone at the dealership was very nice. The product specialist, Francis, did a wonderful job explaining the features of her new car. Thanks Nicole, Francis and the team at Honda of Oakland for making our car-buying experience a great one!

Leased the new Clarity. Price was fixed so no negotiation needed. Their service was great, they were attentive and very courteous from the front desk to sales to finance. Don't know how it would be if I had to negotiate for a regular car. Glad I didn't have to.
