I initially went to In and Out because it had great reviews. My first time there, I pull into the lot and one of the workers points in no particular direction but it if I had to pick one, I would say he was pointing behind me.  I have no idea what to do so I just pull up next to a guy who's washing another car. I get out and go into the office where no one is there. Another worker finally comes into the office but walks past me and ignores me. I ask him where I should park my car if I want it washed and he just makes a series of grunting noises and points in no particular direction to some cars and another worker. I ask the other worker where I should park and he appears to listen to me and then completely ignores me and turns his attention to another customer. Fed up, I just left. I would give them no stars if I could.

I put five stars so that it will be seen. I took my car to get washed there they broke the front glass  they did not want to pay anything and that costs like 450 or more they only said that it was like that and I know that they broke it because the day before I took it to the dmv to have it verified and It did not have anything broken and I wouldve seen that it was broken. In the end they gave me less than what I paid to clean the car. I Just grabed it for not losing days of work in going to courts. Being that check all your glasses for  broken glass before you leave there.

Executive Summary: Great place in the city to get your car truly hand wash.  No rolling machine here.  Also good customer service, a great lounge, and they do a great job at a decent price.  Cant ask for more!Long story, my dad had his car in the shop so I lent him my G TI as I work from home and don't need it to commute.  Well my father is a smoker but he does not understand what an ashtray is.  Also does not help when the G Ti does not have an ashtray. After an hour of work they got the car clean of ash and smelling great.  I would recommend them to my friends and google!
