If you are looking for great customer and a family friendly atmosphere then Honda Suzuki of Lynchburg is the place to go. I have been taking my bikes to this shop for 4 years now and have had nothing but the best service. I would highly recommend taking any of your motorcycle or atv needs to this shop!

Great motorcycle shop with a friendly staff.  They will help you find what you need and won’t gouge you on the price.

They made a mistake with ordering, but immediately tried to make it right. Stuff happens sometimes so it was fine. And their effort to make things right was impressive. I'll be going there again.

I have dealt with this motorcycle shop for over a year and I think it's safe to say that this is the best motorcycle shop in Lynchburg. They have been very kind to me and every customer that I have noticed them interacting with. They do a phenomenal job at hooking people up at their service department, whether it was chains, sprockets, or even oil, they have been a huge help. Even when it came to buying a motorcycle did they make the process pain free and easy. They don't try to haggle with you like at other dealerships, and they are very upfront and honest about their pricing. I have not had any unpleasant experience whatsoever here and I wish more businesses would follow the standard that this establishment has set.

Where do you park??? Anyhoo...Stopped by for a specific item. There were none there. Would have to be ordered. Then I was told that what I wanted basically is not what I wanted. If i come to you and tell you what I want don't try to discourage me. I have done my research and know what I want. And when I mentioned that I knew what I was talking about...dude walked off. Thank you to the gentleman that continued to address the situation. If he truly did or didn't want to, doesn't matter. He did it. Will continue to get what I need from Crewe Tractor
