Hones veterinary clinic is AMAZING.! Those who answer the phone are always pleasant and their service is prompt. They have a solid reputation in the community.  Dr. Katie and her staff avoid the most common pitfall of the "typical" Dr. office - they never overbook their clients. Therefore you're never sitting endlessly in the waiting room. The walk-in and after hour service is wonderful as well. Hones Veterinary Clinic has proven to make themselves available weekends and evenings in all situations.

I absolutely love hones veterinary service they are always there when I call or have an  emergency.  My little lady is a very large puppy and she is growing bigger every day. She is not one ounce afraid of any of them, and she loves going to see the vet. Anyone who can put an animal so at ease going to get there shot is an A+++ for our family. Thank you all so much.

4 of our dogs have seen Dr. Hones for the last 7 years. A month ago our dog started drinking and peeing excessively. Dr. Hones ran tests and everything came back normal. She let us know that he is 7 years old and probably had incontinence. Two weeks later our dog had seriously deteriorating health, and after several calls (over several days) to Dr. Hones and no response, we were extremely worried. We had all of our dog's records sent over to Carbon County Vet. We then found out our poor pup had Lymphoma. Dogs generally only last about a month with Lymphoma if they do not have treatment. We cannot express our disappointment. We never had a problem with Dr. Hones before this, but we also never had a major problem with our dogs either. 

The day we had our records transferred over to the other vet, Dr. Hones did get in contact with us. She offered a free ultrasound, x-ray and she did apologize for not returning our calls, we talked it over and decided by that point there was no turning back. This whole month has been an emotional nightmare. At least he has received treatment now and is starting to feel better for the small amount of time we have left with him.

I trust Dr. Katie Hones and her staff implicitly. My pets have always been given the highest and most loving level of care.
