I go here for every single one of my oil changes and I've never once had an issue. They are very quick, efficient, and personable. The owner is usually the person who "checks me in" at the front desk and is very friendly. 
Pretty decently priced (a touch high, but saves me time overall) and knowledgeable. They usually do a few checks on your vehicle while they have it and this last visit I asked them to check something specific due to a suspicion I had.They willingly did so and had a full spread sheet of recommendations they think should be done to the vehicle. They aren't pushy or rude about getting these services done and that's refreshing. Would highly recommend!

If you're looking for quick reliable service from some very polite coherent mechanics, Honest-1 auto should always be your choice. I was in and out in a reasonable time, everything was explained to me perfectly. The lobby was very nice with an area for children, complimentary waters and beverages HD TV plenty of magazines and great aesthetic. There's a lot of heart and effort put forward in this business and it definitely shows. Also my service came with a 36months/ 36k miles warranty.

First time was good! I bragged about how good it was. Second time they tried to hassle me into getting a new battery. Little after I got my oil changed I could smell burning oil so I popped the hood the broke my oil spout and it was leaking. Little after that my a.c. went out...didnt think much about it till I went to change my oil and saw that when they broke the spout they tried to put it back and the a.c. lines were in the way. They didn't tell me they broke anything at all. This place has the wrong name...it should be dishonest one. Oh and my a.c. is still messed up. Fixing things slowly cause id rather do it myself then take it there.

3rd time we've needed H1, on 3 different autos, and every time they gave accurate estimates and completed the work faster than estimated. professional service and fair prices.

Honest-1 lives up to its name!  Brought my Volvo in for suspected transmission problems and it appears to be another problem - the ECU (electronic control unit) is faulty. The technician provided an honest assessment of the needed repair and suggested another repair service that may be better equipped to address the problem.  Although I know it took them several hours to assess the problem, I was charged less than $20. They have earned my trust and I will take my other vehicles to Honest-1 in the future!
