I took my Honda Civic in for a new motor mount at around 5:45 pm. One of the mechanics, Bill, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and it turned out three of my motor mounts where bad. I know enough about cars to know Bill was shooting me straight. 

They called around for parts and were able to start working on it around 10 am the next day with a quote for $645 for all three mounts. They had the job done around 3:30 pm that day. It turns out one of the mounts was slightly higher in price (due to only being available from the dealership) and my new total was $700.

I went to pick up the car and met with the owner, Herman, who showed me my worn out motor mounts and was very friendly. In fact, Herman knew my name and remembered it which is always good customer service. Herman handed me the keys and said they had it all cleaned up and ready to go. To my surprise the car was fully washed and detailed - which was impressive because it was pretty filthy when I dropped it off. Turns out any customer spending more than $500 gets a full wash and detail. 

I drove away with my car running great and looking good. I was very happy with my experience and will definitely call Herman for all my future repairs.

They are the best mechanics I have come across in a while. They are helpful, explain the problem and how they are going to fix. I had a problem with my radiator which they fixed. Thanks!

I just moved here to OKC. I had a trusted mechanic back home that I took my car to every time it had major issues that I could not fix myself. Being new here, I was hesitant to take my car anywhere. I settled on Pro Express, and I believe it was a great decision. Herman was very helpful and knowledgeable. They got my repair done in under an hour. They do speedy service for a reasonable price. Rest assured, I will be back at Pro Express when my "beater" has issues again.

I am very happy with my experience at PRO EXPRESS! Herman and Bill very good at what they do! They very professionally and accurately fixed a major engine problem for my wife's 2012 Malibu while also very articulately going over the details of the problem and what they did to correct it. I could tell they both are very passionate about their work and to be truly good at something one has to be passionate about it (which they are)!

1) They do excellent work
2) Their prices are reasonable
3) They are honest
4) They ensure the problems are fixed 100% to best practice and not just "fixed"
5) They are very nice
