2 stars because both times we ordered the same sandwich & both times one of the sandwiches was wrong.
Yesterday my mother placed an order for our Christmas dinner totaling over $80. When we went to pick it up today Dominic was very rude when telling my mother it wasn't paid for. When my mother told him the money was deducted out of her bank account he argued with her stating it wasn't paid for. After 3minutes of going back and forth he called over Sara who wasn't to pleasant herself. Sara stated the order wasn't paid for so I told my mom to check her bank account again. When she showed Sara that the money was deducted from her account Sara stated "your order doesn't even total that amount mam" in a very rude tone and again told my mom it wasn't paid for and that she doesn't know what the charge was for. By this point we are heated. The complete lack of them trying to figure this out was ridiculous! This ordeal took about 10minutes all to find out the order was indeed paid for. To be honest I've never experienced rudeness like this and we will be making other plans next year. Christmas is supposed to be a happy time and the treatment that came from these two was very disappointing!.

The Owners who work there and serve up your order many times are very nice. The food is delicious! Parking: Free. Plenty..Handicapped available.
Called on Good Friday to ask questions and then order our Easter meal. The next day I went to pick up my order. The staff was extremely nice and organized. Especially during the virus situation. No stress. I have never in my year's been to any Honey Baked Ham store. Great experience. We will do ws another review about our food order after Easter. We are looking forward to our meal.
I was just here for lunch after going to two other places that for some reason both had the lobby closed but not the drivethrough. I work in a truck and can't use drivethrough. WOOW, I am so glad I ended up here. I had the turkey roasted sandwich with potato salad and it was sooooo tasty. YUUUM.

If you are looking for the famous Honey spiral cut Ham here it is. But don't forget the wonderful sides too. Need a yummy desert to take to a family dinner, they have several to choose from. Here is also a great place to stop and have a delightful lunch. The service is always accommodating. The dining room is clean and welcoming. They also have a great selection of mustards to go on your fantastic ham sandwich. Pick up a ham bone for the best pinto beans you will ever make. Please indicate if this was helpful, thanks.
Went to Honey Baked Ham 2 days before Christmas. There was long line but the wait was only about 7 or 8 minutes. When we got to the counter to make our order the lady was very helpful and we had our own only a few minutes.
We went for lunch and I really wanted soup. Their menu had five or six soups listed, but when I requested the ham and bean, I learned only two options were available. I went with broccoli and cheese, which was quite thick. My bf had a sandwich, which he enjoyed. I was a little off put when the gal taking our order asked for my phone number prior to entering our order.
