Have 2 small kids and there was a long line but they got through the line with a quickness and we got our ice cream just as fast and where sitting down in there nice seating area and where out before the children could even get fussy. Also the ice cream is so awesome one of my families favorite spots for ice cream.Food: 5/5

August 2022: I frequently visit the Brooklyn OH location because it is closer to the freeway. However, I could not resist stopping here after visiting a friend in Parma.  Finally tried the cayenne chocolate flavor and it was really good. The chocolate flavor starts off sweet and then ends with a subtle , tantalizingly spicy kick.  Pros: * Quick and efficient staff * Can sample ice cream prior to purchasing * Parking is ample enough for the crowds.  Cons: * None that I can think of.  Conclusion: I will be back. I prefer the other location because it has more outdoor seating, but will come back to this one if I'm ever in the area.

Such a summertime tradition. Probably the best ice cream in Cleveland. We’ve gone to just about every location and have yet to find a bad experience. Yes, you may have to wait in a like to get your food ice cream it’s not a secret everyone loves honey hut but the wait is worth it.  I always get 2 scoops banana & honey pecan. Always the best!

They have the best ice cream and great service! Pup cups are great for your dog. You won't be disappointed coming here!Food: 5/5
