30 minutes on hold since 5:30 pm when they close at 6. Nobody answers. Customer service at its finest on 25% interest loans.

Besides all those comments below.... I have to honestly say Honor Finance is really good to me... No this isnt one of those comments where its fake to get buisness...I am a real customer speaking... They were the only company willing to help me get into a car cause I had no credit at all... Then when I was in a car accident they called me and asked if everything was ok with me 1st then asked how my car was... When I had a couple of questions when I called they answered them for me an always gave me great customer service. I appreciate the staff at this place... So yes Honor Finance you have 1 happy customer!!!! Thank You for helping me get into a car when everybody else turned their back on me an denied me you took me on an helped me out!!! I couldnt appreciate a better company to go through!!!

Terrible company. If you're late one day they call you constantly expecting you to pay. Yet once the vehicle is paid off and there was an over payment, they do nothing. Even after calling multiple times to get this resolved I have yet to get an actual answer. The first time I called, they only said that it was paid off and they had no other information. Second time I called, they saw that there was money owed to me and then said they will have a check sent. Third time I called they said the previous person never did put in the request and they will have a check sent in about a week. It's been 2 weeks and when I called back for the 4th time they said that they don't know when the check will arrive because it is sent from corporate. I tried to call corporate and they transferred me back to the Las Vegas office. I called back corporate and the person refused to give us a contact that we could speak to in the morning and when I asked for her name she hung up on me.

Rude rude... fuc....k this people They stole money to the clients because they work together with small dealers. Interest 49 % BECAREFUL!!!!
