The loan was really easy to obtain. Only 4 stars because of the high interest rate. The representative made the process of signing the loan easy and was very professional and patient while I took my time reading the documents.
As always, been using them for years, yes i paid more interest in them than a mortgage. But when circumstances give you lemons you make a mikes hard lemonade. They are fast and friendly, and have never turned me down.
Very professional and courteous. Same day/night response. I live on the East Coast they called from Nevada and gave the option to finish or call back the next morning. The service representative was quick and helpful. Only gave four stars due to the slightly high interest rate it is not bad, just a little high for me. If you are active or retired, I recommend Omni. There is no pressure to take the amount offered, you can request a lower amount. Please borrow responsibly.
Excellent Customer Service. I have challenged credit and Omni worked with me to secure a loan! Thank you to all the professionals at Omni! They really do like to say yes!
The customer service is fast and friendly and obtaining a loan is seamless for military members. The better your credit, the lower the interest rate. I will say that this is an excellent way to rebuild credit and to start a solid journey to a strong credit story.
Omni was great and gave me a loan with no problem!! Customer services was great as well. The reason for my 2 stars is as soon as I got the deposit, fraudulent activities happen in my bank account! The 1,000 they gave me was gone and plus my actual money! Note that this did not happen UNTIL I got the loan deposit! I called them and the ladies seems nervous when I told her about my father being an investigator. He's going to look into this! I did call one of the activities on my account and the lady told me that card was used on June 20 day I got my loan and she had my name and address!! I stay in Louisiana and this lady was in Florida!! They were really nice about it and refunded me my money. I have about 30 more people to call. Please be careful especially military people I'm a veteran myself with these online lenders!!!
