The vibe is super chill.  They have great food and good drink specials.  Our server Lauren was great and kept a smile on her face.  Best service I have had in San Diego in a while.  Will definitely return in the future.

I love this place! I went there this past Saturday and they had live music! Great food. I had four people at my table and we paid around $60 Dlls. The portions are great and the taste is also very good!

Love the atmosphere at Hooley's in Grossmont Center. Local pub chain with an Irish flair. Great happy hour every day between 3p-7p; the combo platter is enough for 2-3 people. Full bar and plenty of Irish cuisine to enjoy. As for entrees, the corned beef taco combo is worth a try.

First time there and we will be going back.  My daughter and I ordered the Prime Rib Special, 8 oz. for $18 (larger sizes available).  Although it was cooked to order, I was concerned how it would be considering this is not a "steakhouse".  To my surprise, it was cooked perfectly and was delicious!  Both of us took half of our dinner home in a box because the portions are huge.  Hubby ordered the Fish & Chips and that was good too (I took a bite).  It was crispy, not soggy and had a good flavor.  The service was great,  didn't have to wait for a table either and for it being a Friday night at around 8, pretty impressive.

Food is always consistently awesome.  Tried many menu items and all were as good or better than I expected. The buffalo wings are fantastic, the holoey mac and cheese is out of the mac and cheese box, large portions of fantastic food. Staff makes you feel like your hanging out with friends and family. Cozy for two or great for groups. They have never let me down. GREAT PLACE
