Placed an order online for a pick-up. Got there a few min prior to having my order ready which I was fine with waiting. Once they rang me up, I tried using the remaining balance of my gift card but lady said they couldn't accept gift cards because there's been a lot of fraud with gift cards in the past. I was confused because we used half of my $100 to dine in but I couldn't pay for a $44 order with it. I didn't hesitate to leave them their food and go down the street to dine. Plenty local establishments in the area (who's willing to offer better customer service).

I live in Chicago and came out here for the haunted house and ended up at this Hooters and I was not disappointed! The service was QUICK, the waitresses were attentive but not annoying, the food was FRESH and very good. I’m always afraid to try a new Hooters because the good ones are RARE but this is a gem.

I went to hooters yesterday and we had to get in and out because Me and my friends had a softball tournament at Melrose Ball park. There was only Me, 4 other kids, And 7 adults. We got our drinks but never got any food. The waiters were nice and calm when this happened. We waited about 45 minutes and Me and my friend got our food but the 3 other kids still didn't get anything. After a hour we canceled our order and after we did the food was ready so we but it in boxes and left. Tip: Take care of the big group of people first and the best way to get more people to come to hooters is by GETTING FOOD MADE FASTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time I went here they messed up my order (quesadillas) and left out all the major trimmings. I took it to go so I was basically screwed when I got back to the office. The second time (today) I ordered their southwest salad and it is horrible! They left out ingredients and gave me the wrong dressing. The chicken is so salty I basically had to throw it away. I must say, the employees there either don't pay attention or don't care. This location sucks.

Victoria was a good server. Food was hot and fresh. My only complaint would be that I was given a bent fork. I know hooters can afford to buy some new silverware.
