I brought my car here for brakes; was told $400.  Then I was told it would be another $100 because they had to special order a part.  Ok, I accepted that.  When I picked up the car, the bill was over $800.  I asked around and the owner has done this exact same thing to a few friends of mine as well.   Charges over $90/hour for labor.  I will never go here again.

Over charges for unreliable work. If my car broke down in his parking lot I'd have it towed somewhere else.

I have had all my auto servicing done at Hope Service station for 25 years. No complaints at all from me. Always available and fast repairs are very convenient, The owner and service techs are very polite and knowledgeable. I now live 40 miles away, but still go to Hope Service Station.

I don't know what this guy's problem was, perhaps he should consider meds. My family has been going to Hope Service for nearly 30 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The guys can fix almost anything and if they can't they are honest and willing to help you find an alternative. This place has been in business since the late sixties under the same owner. That says it all. I'd never go anywhere else.

I've used this place twice. The first time my truck was being worked on and I called to ask a question, the guy on the phone was borderline rude. OK.  The second time I had a major job done. I paid the bill, and as I was walking  out the door, minding my own business ,looking at the receipt, a fat blubber gut slob ( I think the owner ) came charging out and asked me very sarcastically if there  was " a problem? " For no reason at all. This place is the worse for spending your hard-earned money. Unless you like giving it to two-ton obnoxious fools..
