I hired Horizon Homes for Insulation services. I had a pleasant initial review of my home with Dave. He listened to me, my concerns and devised a plan that when submitted for estimate was well detailed and easy to read and understand. The team that did the insulation, Kendal, Ronaldo & Jake were great! They were considerate as I was working from home. They were personable and pleasant to have around. They worked hard, they gave me a status and let me know what they found and what they would be working on next. The clean up each evening was impressive, I never saw a team work so neatly. All of the work they performed was quality & first rate. Nate came back to do some small finish up items and he also was pleasant professional and efficient. I would recommend Horizon Homes in a heartbeat.
Horizon was fantastic! I received a prompt and accurate quote that covered everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. The crew showed up on time; they were courteous, professional, and did top-notch work. Everything came in on schedule and on budget, and I'm extremely pleased with the results. They also accounted for the Efficiency Maine refund in my price, so no need for me to get reimbursed after the fact. I would highly recommend Horizon for any home insulation project you're considering doing.
Horizon Homes was amazing; everyone on the crew went above and beyond. From excellent communication to even replacing a single that fell earlier this year, they are the definition of leaving something better than they found it. I would gladly work with Cody, Dan, or any member of the Horizon crew again. I cannot recommend them enough, and can already tell the difference of having insulation in my walls.
I 100% recommend Horizon Homes. Every member of the team I met and interacted with was professional, courteous, and thorough in communication. I knew I was getting a job well-done, and it was. Cody and Nate, on the management end, were excellent and prompt, and Dan and Nikolai, the installers, went above and beyond to ensure my house was taken care of and buttoned up well. We recently contracted Horizon to spec out and install a Samsung Heat pump system for our home. They promptly responded to our quote request, were able to install sooner than we expected, and the entire team was professional, courteous, and completed the work quickly! I highly recommend the Horizon team for anyone considering a heat pump for their home.
I had a void space that had a large amount of construction debris from a previous remodel as well as poorly insulated some nonexistent exterior walls. Cody was first on the scene for a quote and assessment back in May. He gave me a quote and a proposed date roughly 5 months out. For scheduling that far out and being off by 2 days was very impressive. Renaldo and Jake worked on removing all the old debris and dense packing the area. They called Luke when they needed support and he was there quickly to investigate. The whole team genuinely cared about the end product and respected us and our home. Communication was thorough and concise. We always knew the next steps and what they were working on. I would recommend Horizon to everyone needing insulation work done.
David and his crew are top notch. They came and did our insulation right on time, for the price they said. They cleaned up their mess. We were extremely pleased with their work and professionalism.
We had a fabulous experience with Horizon Homes. We bought an old home with no insulation whatsoever anywhere in the house and a very, very old boiler. Dave came to do free energy assessment and make recommendations. He worked with us to prioritize the work and in the end we hired them to insulate the sides of the house, the attic, and install a fan in the bathroom. The work took longer than anticipated 2 weeks but the crew was amazing. They were the nicest guys and did a fabulous job. At the end of everyday they cleaned up and you would have never known they were there.
