Restoration crew did a first rate job returning everything to better than new condition.  Steve actually evaluated a few things that he wasn't happy with and ended up completely replacing.  Once again first rate work.  I would recommend without hesitation.  Had water damage from a burst pipe.  Crew was here in hours.  Ultra professional, Jake Scott was the crew leader on remediation, he kept me informed of every step, minimizing disruptions as they moved quickly.  Would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

Paul Davis Restoration is a shining example of dependability, reliability and outstanding workmanship in a day and age when so many contractors have no idea what those words mean. The mitigation crew, Steve and team, as well as, the PM Jake, did a fantastic job cleaning and drying the affected areas after some water damage to several rooms. I couldn't be happier. While I am still waiting on restoration to begin, I am confident that I will get the same level of professionalism. Whatever they are doing at this company is working and others in the industry would be wise to emulate.

We had a flood in our house and our insurance company sent out this company.  To be honest I was a bit concerned based on the reviews here.  They called me and set up a time for the next day.  The crew came in and they were outstanding!  They ripped up the flooring and the subfloor, cut out drywall where it was damaged, hauled off everything, and set up dryers and dehumidifiers.  The guys were very professional, very respectful and very knowledgeable.  At the end of the day they cleaned up after themselves.  I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing water mitigation services.

My family had a house fire back in March 9th of 2019. The first company didn't do anything. So we switched contractors but Paul Davis did better than the other company. Paul Davis left some small things undone like the microwave and the vent for the dryer. Other than that Paul Davis did a good job.
