I really enjoy coming in to Hornbacher's now as it's a clean and open inviting environment now. Still getting used to the layout and where everything is but when said and done it's going to be a great grocery store!!

The quality of groceries and prices at Hornbachers are great, but customer service not so much. Cashiers are typically very friendly, but stay away from customer service. A "gentleman" named Ryan filled up some balloons for me earlier today and was very rude and inconsiderate. Not impressed by the "better than you" attitude he had.

When there were a bunch of problems with technical difficulties at one of the locations trying to print a picture for my son's birthday cake, I went to another location and they went the extra mile to make sure everything worked right and then they did not charge me because of all the trouble I had. Hornbacher's did an amazing job!

Northport Hornbacher's is a terrific store with great people, clean and the shelves are well-stocked. One small drawback is sale items are sold out often but everything else is well-run whether day or night.
