Always friendly helpful staff. I rent tools here I buy things here and I put them in my car. I've also bought things here and rented tools here and use them to fix my truck. Not always knowing what I'm doing but somehow I pull it off and it works. I'm glad there's YouTube cuz that helps. But the staff is friendly and take the time to help you. Most the time to have what I want at a good price.

I was able to return some brake pads I bought 3 months ago with just my phone number and no receipt. VERY CONVENIENT!

Always great service from the staff here. Not once have I been left to wander aimlessly looking for a product as their staff have promptly asked if I have any questions or need assistance with in minutes of walking in the building.

I really like the reward program. Better than any other out there. If you buy a lot of car parts or rent tools, this is the place to buy/rent. 5 -$20 purchases you receive $20 in-store credit.

They are very friendly and very knowledgeable about there parts, could be a little bit better on having a better attitude. All in all its the only parts store I go to inexpensive and good quality
