I needed a repair done on my hot water heater.  Adam came out with his apprentice Austin and performed the repair.  I observed Adam teaching Austin how to diagnose the issue and they quickly went to work fixing the hot water heater.  In the process of draining the hot water heater, Adam identified that we did not have a water shut off valve above the water heater and that our sump pump was no longer working.  He took the initiative to get another team member to bring him what he needed to complete all the repairs without wasting time.  I am so impressed with Adam’s professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to make sure the job was done right.  I am very happy with the quality of work done and the manner in which it was completed.  I believe had I called another plumbing service that the water shut off valve may not have been done and my sump pump would have been pushed to another day in an effort to drag out the repair.  I definitely recommend Hornback Plumbing!

I've had Hornback Plumbing do work in both my houses the past year or so, one being a sewage line emergency on a weekend.  I'm very satisfied from the first call to the finish. Great communication, customer service and professionalism.  This company is on speed dial at our house!

Google got it RIGHT. I searched "plumber Etown" and found Hornback Plumbing along a list of others. I tend to trust a business that puts their family name on it and was not disappointed. Bret was the tech who arrived EARLY and represented Hornback Plumbing well in all areas. I was pleased with my bill and thank you for your military discount! It is not always common for the service we try for a first time to exceed expectations but Hornback Plumbing did that for me. Thank you.

they came out earlier than expected, quickly fixed the problem, and charged a very reasonable rate. also solved another problem for us while they were here. big plus for having a military discount.
