I hired Michael to replace two bathroom faucets, including a pair of valves and I was pleased with his work and his attitude. He was friendly, professional,  and neat. He spent quite a while writing up optional packages of service. He clearly explained the work to be done, and what he thought I needed.  The only detriment was the company's pricing structure that he had to follow, which seemed high.  Even at that, Michael provided the service plan which provided a discount and other benefits. I am confident that Michael did a good job and I have no regrets.

Awesome job done recently.  Technician Shane s. Came out to fix a leaking water heater. He was very helpful and gave me several options.  The tank was so old that repairing it didn't make sense, so I had a new unit installed. 

 About a week later still seeing a leak on the new unit. After some scheduling issued they had, tech Timothy N. came out promptly this morning and determined that there must be some pressure change in the area, plus the house has a pressure valve and should have an expansion tank.  He promptly installed one and in less than 2 hours no more issues.  They even gave me a 50 dollar credit due to the scheduling issues.  

Overall phenomenal customer service and very knowledgeable service techs.

I cannot say enough good things about John's service and professionalism. He is friendly and respectful, efficient and effective. He goes well beyond what I have experienced with most other service providers, making sure that each problem is approached with expertise and with options. He carefully explains the pros and cons, both long- and short-term, taking into account the economical factors. He instills confidence in his work and helps the customer come to the best decision at the time. Even if the bill is higher than hoped, there is a clear sense of getting value for money. We now consider him our "family plumber for life," since our daughter has had the same experience of his work in the past. Many thanks to John for his good work, and for this opportunity to say a good word for him; he is an outstanding representative of the company. 2016

Tom Drexler is always Exceptional!!  The appointment was made promptly; They called 20 minutes prior to arrival; Gunther was the consummate professional wasting no time in trying to diagnose the issue and deliver a solution.  Once an agreement was established he completed the project in a very timely manner and was on his way.

Tom Drexler is the only plumber I EVER allow in my own home or any of our commercial properties.  They always deliver exceptional results and that is something I can really and truly appreciate!!!!!!

Today’s technicians from Tom Drexler started bright and early as we had a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater replaced. Joey’s team of technicians were extraordinary. They called before they came, greeted me with enthusiasm and respect and started to work. They worked diligently all day moving out the old water heater and furnace with care, carrying in all the new equipment and installing everything making sure they kept the house clean! They even wiped up the stair plates before they left! The system was explained thoroughly and future plans to keep new equipment in excellent working order for years to come was explained. All questions were answered keeping Joey at our home until well after 6 pm. I appreciate all the hard work.  Also a shout out to Wayne the plumber who also was polite, but more importantly noticed there was a dent in the new hot water heater. He did not install it, but insisted that another new unscathed water heater be brought out to our home for installation. Thank you Tom Drexler team!!!!
