When we walked in we felt very welcomed. The sales people was very very helpful, my husband was looking for a belt they didn't have it but took the time to call another store and have it sent over to the story. That made my husband happy because he is a big customer service person. We walked out with 2 pairs of boots, a belt ,pair of jeans a wallet and a big Smile. ......

Absolutely disgusted. I'm a long time customer but I think I will pass up now. The staff was not the issue. It was the management. I kept hearing employees being yelled at in front of customers and that's just unnecessary, do it in private or don't do it at all. Totally unprofessional to have the manager yelling at employees while customers are shopping. Management does nothing but play on their phone and run around screaming and yelling. I'm willing to drive a little further and pay a little more for management that respects their employees, I feel sorry for everyone that works their because they have to put up with this woman. Goodbye Horsetown, your manager lost my business.

Great customer service and prices. Walked to get a pair of boots and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Walked with a fresh pair and a large smile. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for good boots for a good price.

If you are interested in watching 10 employees sit around and do nothing but talk amongst themselves, this is the place for you. They always have way too many people "working" for the number of customers but they still manage to provide poor service. This will ultimately translate into higher prices for customers. My suggestion is to go to the store to browse and then order online from somewhere else. I don't mind paying a little extra to a local store that has great service. However, the service is not good at all so I willi will just order somewhere else and ave money instead. Not recommended.
