I love this place! I got the Platinum package. Includes everything with a hot waxing also. They do your tires, it shines like nobody's business!

For the past 4 to five visits I've noted a decline in the overall quality and attention to detail on interior and wheel cleaning. Today I asked the crew to vacuum the aft hatch because it had dog hair on it. I noticed he went to the aft door and didn't make an attempt to clean it. I went back out and asked him why and he told me there was a package in the back.
When I was paying I told the cashier and she said to let her know when the car came out which I did. The owner looked at it and said the nozzle they use would not remove the hair. REALLY!! I use the same vacuum nozzle at splash and it works fine.
For 14.00 less I'll go to Splash aand do it myself and get a better job done.
Place is not worth the moneY spent.

Never again will I use Horsham car wash. 25.00 for top line wash and I had to stop and vaccum myself. Interior was left dirty. Outside of car was ok. Definitely not impressed.
