They did a great job and were super attentive. I was visiting the area and had a small incident in the back seat with my daughter getting sick. They were great did exactly what I asked for plus a little extra. Very highly recommended.

I don't even know what to say. Honestly. My car was pathetically and embarrassingly disgusting. I have children, so if it's not something that got spilled, it's crumbs, footprints or throw up. Then there's my coffee spilling in the cup holders, all the change residue, my half-crapped attempts at cleaning it and making it look worse, sticky stuff that I'm not even sure of its origin...the list goes on. My car was horrendous. I called up on Sunday and the gentleman I spoke with offered me an appointment the next day - though that didn't work for me, I got in Tuesday. I dropped it off, apologized for the challenge they were about to face, and left. They called me 2 1/2 hours later and my car was ready for pick up. I was shocked it actually took their promised time because I was certain they'd spend all day chiseling away at some foreign substance. Alas, I got there, peeked inside my window and my jaw hit the floor. I was so beside myself that I just stared. I was with my stepmom and said, "OMG SHUT THE FRONT DOOR!" And she took a peek inside and shrieked. It doesn't even look the same. At all. Not even close. It looks so clean, so shiney, so perfect. Every nook, cranny, crevis and fold was cleaned. Not one crumb. Not one stain. Not was foot print. Not one ANYTHING. My floor mats were immaculate, my floors themselves were pristine. My seats look like no kid tush has ever touched them. You can't even tell there were 2 years with if carseat crumbs. My car is spotless. I fully realize that this review is more like a short novel but when I tell you these men do incredible work- mean it. I'm not a huge reviewer - which is probably why this is so long - but I want people to know! I will recxomend this place to any one and everyone. I will continue to use Glenside Auto Spa and can't recommend them enough. GO THERE!

I was reluctant to take my Honda Pilot to an auto detail center as I typically detailed myself. But my car really needed some extra tlc (due to roof and hood sap, bumper scuffs, and cheese doodle paste on the doors, windows and seats) which I couldn't provide, due to neglect (children, job, and everyday life distractions). Upon Yelp research, every detail center had its fair share of positive and negative reviews so I figured I'd give glenside auto spa a chance since it was in my vicinity. When I called on Saturday to request an appt for Monday, Brian was able to assist and squeeze me in. When I arrived Monday morning, I was greeted by Joe and a clean orderly garage, which was reassuring. Joe asked me if I had any special concerns, and as I yapped away, I could tell he paid attention to the details.  Before I left, I splurged and decided to get the front 2 windows tinted. Joe wasn't sure if the tech would be available and said he would call if it was possible.  Rest assured, I received a call back a few hrs later that it was a go (for the tint). When I arrived in the afternoon, I couldnt wait to inspect, especially to see if the tissues, I had left under the seat, had been vacuumed up.  I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had been and that the entire car was looking fantastic. The step up bars and brush guard had not been treated but I was not overly concerned about them as I was the exterior paint and interior. The roof and hood Sap had been removed, bumper scuff concealed as best as possible, and the interior was super shiny - which now matched the tires!  All the floor and cargo matts must have been pressure washed and there was that like-new car smell (which wasn't overdone, but just right).  Overall, I was super pleased with the customer service and the detail.  It was also nice that they thanked me for my business. I highly recommend you give these guys a shot.

Great experience! As a mom of two, my car was in not so good shape when I took it in. Not the worst it could be, but not great. They were able to get it to showroom quality in half a day. There were update calls to let me know when the car was being worked on as well as a call to tell me when it was finished. It looks FABULOUS! Thank you so much!
