The staff is absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived here they made me feel at home. A special thank you to my first nurse Sue. When I arrived she made me laugh and kept my mind occupied and made me feel comfortable and safe! All of the staff has such amazing hearts... They are always smiling and laughing.. I can hear them interact with other patients and it's so good to know that they treat everyone with love and warmth and most importantly respect! Thank you to all of my Dr and nurse's.

KEEP YOUR CHILDREN OUT OF THE EARLY LEARNING CENTER! Not only is the staff here very shady and suspicious but they WILL NOT report foul play against your child. Don't be surprised if your child comes home with a big bump and no one can explain where it came from. If your child does something wrong, expect their face to be grabbed in anger. Also, be aware of the random class trips to the main hospital just because. Very funny and suspicious things are happening here. Not only did I see racism here toward minority parents and CHILDREN but also towards whites as well. Your children WILL come out differently from here. Although I can't prove it, I kinda think my child was sexually mistreated in some manner. I admit I've seen things here that should not have happened. I didn't report because I might have been retaliated against. Please stay put of New Britain for ever.

If you have a choice go somewhere else. My hubby is in RCU he been here since May 2017 never in my life have I seen such unprofessional doctors and staff. I have too pretty much be my own advocate and tell Doctors what too do are you kidding me. Wait too long to diagnose problems therefore not good at all. Gave up physical therapy because my hubby wasn't making anymore progress are u kidding me where's the positive reinforcement haven't seen it here just total negativity by everyone just awful should have listened too my gut and sent him too Gaylord Hospital. Beware of this place people it not all cracked up too be.

They help and gives supports to the kids&adults for their illness of autism to get help I recommend this place & they have good staff🤗
