Food was just as good as its always been. I always order the same thing. When I go here  but this time. I got less than half of what I usually get. I paid over 11 dollars for them to only fill less than half the bowl. I understand they have cost and have to proportion the food to make money but the amount of food I got for my money was not worth the cost.

Tacos, burritos, and bowls made to order. Comparable but better than Chipotle. The hot sauce list runs the all the way up the FNHOT.  she warned me.  but I liked it. I was just very surprised to find that at fast food counter.Food: 4/5

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and got a kid’s meal sized order. She sprinkled almost no cheese on it to put almost less chicken. I had to ask for more cheese while tempted to walk out of the store to save myself some $. I am shocked at how little the portions are on the quesadilla considering it’s the same price as a burrito/bowl. My quesadilla looks like a flat pancake and I paid $9 for it, I am ashamed of myself for coming here and paying for this.

The girl that did my order was fairly new and she was skimp on everything I wanted on my barrito and she didn't wrap it right cause when I got home to eat it I picked it up and it came unwrapped and it went everywhere I was so upset I was gonna take it back but was so hungry I dumped it in a bowl and just ate it like that..i will probably not return back to the one in middletown

Pretty standard for a Hot Head. Not great but not terrible.  Looks like the cooking area could use a through deep cleaning.Food: 4/5

Haven't been here in a long time but I had a coupon buy on get one free.  So we tried the new burritos and they were stuffed to the max and then placed in the oven which was a great idea then covered with their cheese sauce.  And OMG they were the best one I have ever eaten.  I ate the whole darn thing!! It was very filling and delicious.  If you haven't tried one you should!!! You won't be disappointed

Fast and great service.  Not as many options as I was expecting for the price. No mushrooms or sautéed onions specifically. But clean restaurant and friendly atmosphere.

Best burrito I've ever had!!! Hand down beats all the other burrito places!!! If you're looking for a great burrito or burrito bowl for that matter Hot Heads Burrito is where you're going to find it.Food: 5/5

Placed order at 6:30 and the employees were more concerned about pre closing. Not the best customer service that I have experienced there.Food: 3/5
