was gonna order another thiccburger at hardees but decided to go to the hotspot instead. was not disappointed! great selection of snacks and condiments, and added late night entertainment to boot!

Uhm... Maybe this store should be shut down. Stabbings and a recent shooting. Too much loitering and aggressive begging for money.

Good company in general but this store sucks. I'm not sure if the lady at the counter is new but I stopped in and prepaid my gas as normal using my card, It didn't use it all so when I went to have the remainder put onto my card, she said she couldn't do it and instructed me to call corporate. Called corporate and they helped me. I give 5 stars to them for helping me but I think they need to train their employees better at this store. So I give this store 2 stars

I have used this Hot Spot, not another place in Asheville NC quite like this one Unique. It is not quick if your in a hurry don't bother, nobody is rushing through. Clerks are The Boss. You act right or you will be leaving. Not to return. I will go out of my way to use this Hot Spot. Downtown Asheville.
