My spouse is currently being held here he has shared with me the in humane living conditions such as him having to sleep on the floor in an over populated jail, no clean running water, they only receive water with meals. Toilets overflowing, some one in there with a staph infection and guards refusing to give out medications. Why is this place allowed to still be open?
