I had an old spa that had been babied along with a slow leak for a long time.  It was from a company that was out of business and fixing it was going to be several thousand dollars.  I shopped around for a new spa and, after a lot of research and visiting stores, I ended up at Hot Springs.  Adam Murphy was friendly, knowledgeable,  and helpful in choosing the spa best fit for me.  Hot Springs had the best warranty, selection and quality out of all the places I went.  I got a larger spa and have been extremely happy with it!  Adam even came to the house to teach me how to use the new chemicals (I had used a different system previously) and answer all my questions.  Customer service didn't end with delivery and set-up though; he still answers my questions if I call to ask something months after purchase.  I highly recommend Hot Springs Spas and Adam in particular.

This was my experience buying and owning a hot tub and Adam made everything so simple, and even when the store wasn’t open, he was available to ask questions. Great customer service and I’m very happy so far with the whole process, start to finish. I would highly recommend Adam and his team!

So far my experience has been AMAZING!!! Very prompt and to the point. I knew what I wanted and they didn't waste my time. I told them what I wanted and what I could spend and instead of trying to up sell me they got straight to the point and helped me find the perfect tub for my price  range. Its getting delivered today, I hope the tub is as perfect as my experience with Hot Spring Spas

My wife and I had a very good experience with Hot Springs spas of Kansas City.  We had a large 14 year old spa from another spa company that was slowly falling apart. With Adam Murphy's help, we identified a much better and smaller spa that would fit our needs.  We no longer needed a big spa and wanted one that would be more efficient and up-to-date.  The spa was expertly installed two weeks ago, after the removal of our old spa. We love our new hot tub, it fits our needs and is much better constructed than our old one.  My wife and I could not be happier with the customer service provided by Adam and the installation crew.  Hot Springs is the place to go for a quality and positive experience in getting your first or replacement spa in Kansas City.  Ask for Adam who will help you through the whole process with expert advice and no pressure.

Ryan and the team were knowledgeable, professional and efficient.  It was our first spa purchase and the selection process was easy because of the information Ryan and his team provided us.  The install went quickly and smooth.  One caveat to add to this.  Make sure the sales staff fully discloses any additional costs and service that is required to complete install of products.  For instance an electrician will be needed to complete install of hot tub after delivery at an additional cost.  We also purchased the cool zone and had to schedule and pay for a licensed HVAC professional to complete that installation.  My recommendation would be not to fully pay for this accessory until install is complete and functioning properly.
