First Step Got Talent show was held at Horner Hall. Many participants were in wheelchairs,  had walkers, or used a cane. Navigation for them in public areas as well as the restroom facilities were excellent. 
Other events I have been to at the convention center has also always had enough space to navigate and not feel like a crushed sardine in a can. 
The one drawback for some would be if you didn't know which end of the convention center your event was taking place where to park. If you park at the wrong end, you will do a lot if extra walking.

Hands-down, the best convention facility in the state, complemented by some of the best catering you'll find anywhere - Turf Catering. Bookended by two great hotels, the Hot Springs Convention Center won't disappoint.

Nice facility, staff always visible and helpful.  Wear layers because some conference rooms are very cold and some are hot.  Plan on bring your own drink or snack because the snack bar is not always open and the vending machines sell Pepsi products only.

I had a great time at the CWA wrestle raise. The wrestling was okay but the charity event is great.
