The staff is ALWAYS friendly here. At one point I had a unique request which required following up with me, and while the representative did forget to follow up they also performed the task and was able to provide me with an answer the next day. I can't blame them for forgetting to contact me, it happens -- especially in the retail world. Other than that this location tends to get new releases on time, and they do well with knowing their store.

Nice people. They don't just cater to the goth scene, they have some fun stuff. At one point they'd sell drugs in the back. Hope that's been cleaned up :)

Workers are amazing and always help me find the best fandom stuff, they even go out of their way and go to the back of the store to get me stuff that has just barely come in
