Our Bullfrog hot tub from Gene is turning three, and it's been awesome (our friends with other brands are even a little jealous of our jet packs!).  Gene has always been fabulous from the non-upsell, informative purchase to my husband's detailed programming questions (quick turnaround even when he has to ask manufacturer techs for nuances) and to a free spare part when we accidentally broke something recently.  Couldn't be more pleased with product and whole experience: thanks.

Awesome Service!! I purchased my Bullfrog about 8 years ago and absolutely love it!! I recently had an issue with the heater. I called Gene at Hot Tub Place of Sacramento, and to my surprise he came out the same day to take a look at it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and informed me that i needed a new heater. He had one in stock and came out the following day to install it. My Bullfrog is working great now and the whole family is happy again. If you are in the market for a hot tub or need service for your Bullfrog definitely give Gene a call.

Excellent and prompt response to maintenance issue with hot tub. Called to inquire about a switch not functioning and a leak. Sent a photo of the leaking area and Gene diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it within a few days. He did what he said he would do!! Thank you so much!

Outstanding service.  Our Bullfrog is 10 years old and is still working like new.  We did need a new heater, and Gene came out within 2 days and it was fixed.  Very reasonable prices and very knowlegeable.  Highly recommend them.
