I was looking for a specific pistol and asked around locally (support local!), but unfortunately no one could be bothered.  I reached out to Housatonic Valley Firearms, since they have direct relations with Sig Sauer.  Tom had responded to my email request in 30 minutes telling me he could get what I was looking for.  I drove to his store the next day (1 hour each way) and within a month he had what I was after.

Very professional, and simply won my business with his customer service when on one else could be bothered.

Have bought all 4 of my handguns from HVF and have never had a problem.  Yeah, Tom does like to talk, there's no doubt about that, but he is a nice guy.  Besides I would rather have more info about a firearm than less when considering one to purchase, and you will get that from Tom.

Bought my first pistol Sat.  Tom had what I wanted in stock - Ruger SR9c - in both black AND
Stainless slide....  tough decision... great guy.... bought the two tone....  love it!!!!
