I don't live locally and had a house there that needed extensive work. After spending days calling contractors and getting the run around I found house doctors through a HomeAdvisor search and reached out. I was contacted by Eric immediately and he was able to go out and write me up a quote within a few days. As I mentioned this was an extensive project  and Eric's prices have been fair and reasonable. He sends me updates and pictures of how things are going and recommendations on things to consider for the future. I am thrilled I found him and plan on using him for any maintenance issue I have from here on out. Highly recommend them for their quality of work and unbeatable prices.

I called to get a quote on a sliding glass door repair. They came the next day. I was suppose to get a quote by email which I never received. I called several times to get my quote and even asked to have the manager call me after several attempts. This was over a period of 3 plus weeks. It has been about 6 weeks since they came out and I have not received an email or a call.
