I tried to call to set up an appointment to get flowers for my wedding and I was turned down immediately. He said he only did big events, and though he never asked what the head count was (he only knew the venue, which can hold weddings of 30 or weddings of 300), he deemed my order to be too small and hurried me off the phone.

I've never been treated so rudely by a vendor. If I could leave a 0 or 1/2 star review, I would. I was sure to ask the next florist I called if my order was going to be large enough for them to consider and explained I had been turned down by a previous floral shop (I didn't mention the name). They said they had a pretty good idea who it was I had spoken to, leading me to believe that the owner of this shop has a history of being a rude and unprofessional person.

Talked to owner right before closing on a Tuesday and told him what I wanted. I told him I would be there the next day between 11:00 11:30 to pick up my order. When I got there the arrangement he made was exactly what I wanted and ready to go.. He was very nice and the price was just fine. I will not go anywhere else for this service from now on.

Excellent! I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday from Colorado to Idaho (1st time) and I have to say she loved her flowers. The Lilly's were gorgeous and the roses were vibrantly red. They even called to make sure she was home for her delivery. I'm very happy with this company and will now use them more frequently.
