They delivered the flowers and did not check if the person they were giving to even knew who the recipient was. Then you want me to pay for another order!! Never ordering from them again.

House of Flowers was excellent to work with for my wedding!  They did our centerpieces and backdrop, and worked directly with the venue to ensure everything went off without a hitch.  It was beautiful, affordable, and exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

We use House of Flowers for all our church floral needs. They always do a great job, But today they went above and beyond expectations. We ordered single flower arrangement for each lady in the church for Mothers Day. What we got delivered were small bouquets with far more flowers than expected. They were gorgeous and made every mother feel celebrated. Thank you!!!

We "HAD" always used House of Flowers.  But, in May 2016 we had lost our FATHER, spent 3+ hrs going over the funeral arrangements, explained everything, it was written down we thought... The day of the funeral, the arrangement was TOTALLY WRONG !  They had more excuses than help for the situation.  How would U feel & expect to be treated at that time. They finally showed up at the funeral home, and made it atleast presentable.  With excuses after excuses again.
