At the start of the pandemic, we used another long time local florist to send bouquets every two weeks to our mom who lived in a long term care facility. In a year and a half, we became increasingly dissatisfied with their floral arrangements and their ongoing failure to provide the type of bouquets we requested, so out of frustration we decided to try Ladybug. For the past 8 months we have been the happiest customers on the planet, and only wish we had switched to Ladybug Floral sooner. All Ladybug's arrangements have been stunningly beautiful, graceful, classy, and better than expected at a reasonable price point. Each bouquet was unique - delightfully varied with very tasteful colour combinations of the freshest and best in-season flora. Ladybug's staff always provided exceptional service, consulting and listening attentively to our wishes, even agreeing to send us photos of each bouquet we ordered for our mom as we live out of province. Throughout that time, everyone who saw their arrangements asked us who the florist was. When our mom passed, Ladybug created the most amazing large funeral sprays and a halo wreath of exquisite roses for the urn. The ladies of the parish who see many funeral flowers said they were the most gorgeous arrangements they had ever seen. We will always feel indebted to Ladybug for their exemplary services, especially their endlessly talented designer, Brittany.
Some lovely people ordered a bouquet in a vase for us a week ago. The arrangement was magnificent and is still fresh and beautiful after 7 days. Would highly recommend this floral business.

Every time I visit them I get an excellent service and flowers that are really fresh. Therefore I also decided to order my bridal bouquet from them. I could not have been more satisfied with the outcome, it was absolutely beautiful!
Was the second florist I stopped at today… the first didn’t greet me or even look at me when I entered, and seemed to have a really low supply. Ladybug floral was right there, happy, helpful, and extra accommodating! Will be my go to from now on, excellent experience today!
I cannot say enough good things about this floral shop! I was worried about the floral aspect of my wedding. We had a small budget, from out of town, and I was worried I wasn't going to get what I had envisioned for our special day. I thought small budget = cheap looking and tacky NOPE!. A coworker had told me about this place, so I inquired and told them what I was thinking. The ladies were so knowledgeable, up to date, and kind. They let me know that my vision was doable within my budget and made adjustments to make sure we would stick to it. On the day, when my bridesmaids brought me my bouquet I was BLOWN AWAY! It was even better than I could have ever imagined. I was initially going to toss it, but later refused and decided to keep it as long as I could! I even brought it on our honeymoon and would sigh at the sight of it. I'm so impressed by this shop, and will always recommend it.
The best place for flowers period! I have gotten numerous bouquets and they last weeks!!!! The staff is the most friendly an accommodating around. The flowers are fantastic and they really have the best gift. Thank you for making every event special! I know where I will be going when I get married

I received a bouquet of flowers today from an out of province friend. She had ordered from Ladybug Floral and requested that they include blue flowers. They respected her wishes and put together one of the nicest and fresh flower bouquets i have seen in a long time. Thanks Ladybug
