There are three well known Japanese steak houses in the Hagerstown area. This one is our most favorite Japanese steak of the three. The food quality here is great. We have been to this location multiple times and have ordered almost everything off of the menu (bring back the spicy wing appetizer please!!!). Service is great. The sushi here is outstanding, they well prepared, good quality, reasonable priced and taste great! The hibachi has good entertainment value. We have been so many times but it's always fun to watch fire. The cooks are well trained and keep up very good and entertaining conversation, many laughs. The hibachi food is where this place shines. Fried rice is outstanding, steak/shrimp/scallops are cooked perfectly. I am not a fan of their recently added noodles but the kids love them. Overall this place is outstanding and I will always recommend coming here.

It was pretty good I expected them to be a little slower on Valentine's day ...However I do not recommend ordering hibachi from the dining room tables the food was way over cooked and just wasn't the same as if you have hibachi right from the grill..Normally it's delicious..Now when I sent mine back they were sympathetic and we're more than willing to fix the mistake ..The staff is always always friendly. Overall it was a fine night out ..Don't judge my experience as a regular occurrence it was just one of those things I will return again and again ...Also make sure to try their sake sampler... Delicious delicious delicious

Ramen price is great ($8.00), also has sushi burito ($10) which is really big and enough for 2 people.

This is my favorite hibachi in town. Food is always delicious especially the fried rice, scallops and steak. The sushi is fresh and bursting with flavor. My personal favorite is the scallop nadare roll (best roll around). I wish I could eat here once or twice a week, but I'm not that rich. ; ) I would recommend Kobe to anyone.
