Story

We've been making our pretzel creations down the road in Frederick, MD for 26 years. We opened up our new restaurant in the heart of downtown Hagerstown in 2015. Our new location features a full bar with speciatly cocktails, draft and craft beers, adult milkshakes are more! We also carry the same great pretzel based goodness as the Frederick location such as pretzels, calzones, pizza, sandwiches, home made soups, fresh salads. We've even added some special items like fries, old bay fries, chili cheese fries, hot crab dip, and crab pretzels! We pride ourselves on being a place the whole family will love, so come see us and find out why!

I'm here now....waiting. Food was ok. Had the cheese pizza, lemonade, and inside out mozzarella pretzel sticks. Drinks took 10 minutes, food took over 30 minutes to come out, the place is half full, that is ridiculous. Finished eating almost 10 minutes ago, waiting (again) to pay. Lemonade was good but too much ice, had to reorder without (for a second time). The dough they use is soft which is good but also sweet so I am not completely happy about that. Because service sucks so bad I will not be back. The food is just ok, nothing special. I don't mind waiting for food to be prepared and served is just unprofessional. Not returning!

It was pretty good food but took 37 minutes from order to arrival. Drinks stood empty a few times. Price was definitely way up there for a pizza... My girlfriend and I got 1 pizza and 2 sodas, our total was over $50. Like I said, it's decent pizza, but for a $40 pie I was expecting something much much more.

This is my new favorite spot, food is excellent and so is the service. A little on the pricy side but the service makes up for it. Make sure you get the old bay fries and ask for mayo with some sriracha sauce. Your welcome.

Me and my wife we here tonight I've seen this place many time on recommend places so i figured tonight would be a night to try it first thing i noticed is there's no signs, lights anything out front to say where it is luckily we are familiar with the area so we found it walking up the street slightly next thing I noticed when we walked in was the place was empty only one other couple in eating no one greeted us when we walked in which i brushed off since it was a bit later in the day. So we sat down at a table and waited for a pretty decent amount of time there was 2 or 3 people in the back acting pretty childish one even fell on the floor for no apparent reason I'm not sure if they were employee's or customers but i didnt see them leave with any food finally our waitress came out and handed us our menus she was very nice and helpful with us not even eating there before we didn't order any special drinks but we did get garlic knots the philly cheese steak pizza and the meat combo pizza. The garlic knots took a long time to come out our waitress had to even ask if we had gotten them which we hadn't yet finally they came out, they weren't bad but you couldn't really tell they were even garlic which was disappointing and the marinara was really watery, shortly after we finished the pizzas came out hers was pretty greasy but it was a meat pizza so thats understandable mine wasnt anything really fancy either i had to look if it even had sauce on it the dough took the pizza its the first time having that kind of dough so i didnt think much about it. Our waitress did come out to make sure we were good on drinks but didn't ask if everything was good or not which was strange to not ask about the pizza but to ask about the garlic knots. All in all the food is a bit pricey for what you get and the staff seem to care but dont at the same time I will return just for the different food choices and i might try the cocktail menu before i make a final judgement on this place as for now it only gets a 3 stars for the different food selections, the atmosphere, and with how nice the waitress was. If it wasn't for those things i would have given it a one star I hope next time I have a better experience that way i can change the rating because this place has potential to be really good but is lacking in some areas.

Really great pretzels. The pizza and calzones were good. The sandwiches are okay. They use average deli meat so there is room to get better there for sure. But if you love fresh baked pretzels, the food here is all based around that and definitely up your alley.
