They have a surprisingly large selection. Staff has never been pushy, but will gladly help out if you have any questions. The prices are great as well. I live out by Stormville, and luckily get to come by on my route at work. If I didn't I'd make the trip here over other, closer, supplement stores any day.

20 YEAR SOLID CUSTOMER HERE. Why? Prices compete w the web. Great selection, way more product than almost any other retail chain type, products that actually DO WORK if your an athlete, and some staff have been there forever, adding to knowledge department. One suggestion do your homework and know what you want/need beforehand or you can get lost for an hour easily just staring at labels.

In town for a college tour and popped into this store. Great stock, and the staff was very helpful. A wide variety of not so easy to find products from protein powders and supplements, to skin care, to teas, and baking goods. A great find.
