Great place to shop with a verity of products/pets.. Nice reptile selection and amazing fish,coral, and other fresh and salt water exotics.. Staff I would say is okay, if it’s busy good luck and a few people aren’t as kind as you might want but you are in Glen Burnie:)

I have been coming here for years! I purchased a few "pond quality" koi here about 10 years ago. They ended up being the most beautiful fish in my pond. One of them won a second place ribbon in a show at the National Arboretum a few years back. Not bad for a $29 fish! Their service and product knowledge is outstanding. Good equipment selection and they will let you browse without pressure. I come here whenever I can for my pond needs.

It had a good fish selection. That's about it. I had a bunch of things to buy. I asked one of the employees a question and he was so rude to me that I put down all of the things and walked out. Unless you're a marine biologist apparently you shouldn't ask questions to staff without being made to feel like a complete idiot. The guy in talking about in particular is the older guy with gray hair who wears it in a ponytail. Literally interrupted me to rudely tell me the way I was mispronouncing words. A lot of sick and dead fish in the tanks as well. I'll never go here again.

This one of the best places to get fish in the Baltimore area. They have a good selection and most of the staff and vary knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are a little on the high side, but overall quality of fish is good. The store is also very dirty and is always hot and humid. Overall, I recommend this store.

Any questions about fish or a tank, they have the answer but SOME of the staff is extremely RUDE and unprofessional. They look rough and unapproachable. You'd think a place with such variety and exotic selections of aquatics would appreciate there appearance and customer service as well but I guess not. The one star rating is for the cashiers and the Mgr who seem to be the only ones without a chip on there shoulder. Aquatic selection is on a 100 but SOME of the staff needs some serious tips on self presentation and the manner in which they choose while addressing you/me as a customer in my opinion.
