Nice tasting room with interesting drinks. Could have used more seating, but it was nice to have parking.

In A Nutshell:

-If you are a Priority Pass member, open your app when you're in PDX.
-You will find 3 options to take advantage of & House Spirits is one.
-You can get a $28 credit PER PERSON (yes for your guests too!).
-There were 3 of us (all Priority Pass members) so in essence, we could have gotten really wasted $28 x 3 = $84 x 3 = $252 in credit.
-The whiskey flight $28 was super good, all excellent & strong.
-The cocktail's can be a hit/miss depending on what type of tastes you like.
-The root beer really stood out for us, so we'd get that again.

Overall, this is a really good value while you wait for your flight back home.

Everything in the tasting flight was very good.  Service was great and the staff is knowledgeable.   The Krogstad Plomme Aquavit is really good.

Known for their Aviation Gin but wayy underrated for their Whiskey lineup. We had a bunch of fun and Lauren really knew her stuff.

Aviation Gin. How do I love thee? Another amazing distiller in town that offers unique takes on some classics. The one to try is their gin. As a longtime gin drinker, this has become a staple in many of my favorite drinks. A well made Aviation gimlet with fresh lime juice will change your perspective on life. Their aquavit is interesting and their whiskey packs a punch. Along with their offerings, they have a great staff that is intelligent and more than willing to answer any questions you may have. Very accommodating and friendly.
