These people are liars and not to be trusted. I called their customer service (lack of) line to inform them they have the wrong shipping address. They told me there is nothing I can but to call UPS to make the change. I did and UPS said the package was not in their system, rather it was still at Made in Oregon. I called back and they said we can’t do anything about it and said, “Do you expect us to sort through every package to find your package?” The utter arrogance of these people is just amazing. They are running an ecommerce website, yet they couldn’t care less once they have your money in hand. They may seem like a nice folksy little store, but the truth is they don’t give a rats ass about their customers. DO NOT TRUST THESE LIARS!!!

Whoever said that there was bad service at this store is an idiot. The people at this store are great.

Made in Oregon stores in general have a wonderful selection of awesome goods made in this wonderful state. The selection of local wines are always wonderful. The prices here are of course a little higher because the goods are made right here in the US but they are worth the quality and work put in by this community. This location is great because it is located right in the heart of downtown.

Great products but bad service. I purchased a $100 blanket and the cashier forgot to take off the security ink tag. When I pulled it out of the bag to give to my grandmother, I realized THEIR mistake and made the 30 minute drive back to the store with three kids in tow. The cashier checked my receipt and removed the tag but made me feel is if it was my mistake and she was doing me the favor. How about an apology for the inconvenience?
