Dr. House has given a new light on what it means to go to the dentist. People usually associate a dentist with pain, discomfort, and plain horror, but a single visit to Dr. House will change that forever. The House of Dentistry is all about Comfort and as soon as you enter the office, that's exactly how you feel. If you're lucky, you'll meet Cory as he greets you when you walk in. Having him in the office compliments Dr. House greatly! Cory is a very engaging and conforming young man and I was lucky he was there when I visited Dr. House. The waiting area has complimentary refreshments, reading material, and a tv which you can change the channel. The chair on which you lay on literally will give you a massage to release your tensed muscles. You can also have the music of your liking play while the dental work is being done. The best thing is Dr. House. He is the nicest and most gentle dentist I have ever had. He'll explains everything to the point that you actually understand what is going on in your mouth. He will give you all your options and recommend what is best for you and your wallet, and not what he can put in his pocket. I had an extraction with him that went so well, that I ended up going back for a second extraction with in a month! He makes sure you are comfortable during any procedure and will constantly ask how you are doing. I must admit, that I have never had any confidence in a dentist or enjoyed going to one as much as I do towards Dr. Timothy House. He was highly recommended by my coworkers and I have sent my girlfriend to him as well. So I highly recommend to give him a try!

I love Dr. House and his staff. Great experience and very professional. Convenient location and convenient hours. Can easily recommend to other who care about their health.

The TRUTH must always be PARAMOUNT. Reponse to Dr. Timothy House: We apologize for the experience that you feel that you had. Unfortunately we never got to meet you in person. We did discuss a range of prices with you over the phone (as the larger the filling gets and the more tooth surface involved the more expensive the filling). We apologize for any confusion but it is difficult for us to quote an exact price without a diagnosis for the tooth from our doctor and so this is why we could not commit to a specific price over the phone. We apologize if that seems non-committal or vague. If we would have ever seen you in our office then we could have given you an exact price after the doctor gave his diagnosis and we would fully honor that price and we would have matched the price of another dentist if you brought in a treatment plan for the same procedure from another office. We also apologize for the doctor not talking to you when you called the second time as it is difficult for him to leave patients when he is working on them, he did say it was a pleasure talking to you earlier in the day. We wish you well and we wish you in luck finding a dental office that feels like a better fit for you. Dr. House, I didn't think I had a certain experience. I had the experience I underlined in my earlier review. You never got to meet me in person because Cory departed from the agreed fee extended me last week. That's ZERO integrity! I understand that the filling cost can vary depending on the tooth. No problem. The fact is I was quoted a price for one (1) tooth and reneged later and that is extremely unprofessional. This is the point. Even if Cory erred. To err is human. As...in good-faith, he should have honored what he committed. That demonstrating integrity and wins future business. Cory did make the specific quote on the phone. So not only do you not keep your verbal agreements you are lying also to cover your tracks? Well that goes from having ZERO integrity to SCUMBAGS! DESPICABLE! Cory NEVER made mention of matching any price from another practice. Again, do NOT fabricate stories. I left a message for the doctor to call when it would be convenient for him. I never called and requested that doctor leave chairside to come to the phone. It is NOT done in the business. Again, don't be SCUMBAGS by making up stories! Stick to the FACTS! Yes, I require INTEGRITY! Clearly your office/practice finds that to be the major challenge. DISGRACEFUL! I will be spreading the word all over Social Media that your practice does NOT have ANY integrity! NONE! That people must find some dental practice with INTEGRITY! CHECKLIST 1.) I contacted your office and got a Sue on the phone. She was not skilled on the phone and I still made the appointment. 2.) I was informed that if I paid $10.00 over the Groupon fee, I would receive a 20% discount in the office on all procedures. 3.) I called to confirm a price. Got Cory on the phone. He offered me, a special 1 tooth filling for a fixed priced. We agreed on that price. 4.) I asked him to send me the Email confirmation it never happened. 5.) I called today, Wednesday, September 14th, 2016 and spoke to you Dr. House. You were delightful, refreshing, and fun. I indicated that I was going to have additional fillings; a total of three (3) particularly since I had rapport well with Cory and you. (Money and friendships are soon parted). 6.) Cory did call. I wish to confirm the price by Email and fill out forms. Cory changed the price on me and attempted to change the original agreement. 7.) When I mentioned that it wasn't cool. Cory as politely as he could told me to find another dentist. 8.) When I informed him that I will be posting to Social Media. He hung up the phone. 9.) When I called back and asked for the doctor to call me, Sue took the message. 10.) Less than 5 mins. later Cory called back and said, no the doctor will not call you back and hung up. This is not how anyone should/ must be treated. It is deplorable and low-rent. Absolutely classless! NOT good at all!
