If you are a young female living in the Fred Douglass complex then be prepared to be sexually harassed and stalked by an office manager named Jasper. Beware he's a predator and likes to prey on younger women and takes advantage of their well being. He's a married man and has kids and grandchildren. Phyllis has no idea what her husband is capable of doing. Furthermore, he is reckless, selfish, and wicked. Whoever comes in to pay their rent don't hesitate to slap the crap of of him or tell him off because he deserves it most definitely. Also it seems like certain women managers are envious and despise the appealing and/or civilized women who are doing good for themselves. They want to make it harder for them to be a good parent and spouse if applicable. Some office manager(s) seem to consume their happiness and make those people miserable so life can be harder for them.
